Authority Re-Assignment
This screen is used when the application needs to be moved to the next user in the workflow or revert to the previous user as per the workflow. This can be used when a user resigns or when a user is on leave and immediate action should be taken on any application that he/she is currently holding. In such case, the admin or any user who has the rights to admin panel can move it to the next user or revert to previous user.
View
After selecting Authority reassignment from the Credit Policy Management module, User will be shown the main screen where the selecting Activity Selection will be visible.
Add/Edit
Based on activity selection, All the application is displayed along with the below information
- Customer Code
- Group Name
- Initiated By : Who initiated this application
- Borrower name: borrower name
- Business Segment Name
- Current At: who holds the application currently
Now, users can choose the application which requires Authority reassignment. User can either forward to the next user as per the workflow or revert it back to the previous user as per the workflow.
Clicking the application displays the below fields,
- Action: Displays the user profiles as per the workflow
- Authority reassignment: Displays the usernames as per the user profile selected in the actions field
Users should click on assign to move it. Authorities swapped successfully pop up is shown once moved.
